This Prohibition-era classic is a wonderful - and simple - cocktail to mix up that compliments Boot Hill Gin's floral and citrus notes.
- 2.5 oz Boot Hill Gin
- 1.0 oz honey syrup
- 1/2 lemon, fresh squeezed
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into chilled martini or coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
