- 2 dehydrated lemon wheels
- 1 sugar cube
- 1 oz honey syrup
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 1 ½ oz Boot Hill Distillery Red Eye Whiskey
- ½ oz Boot Hill Distillery Prickly Ash Bitters
- Hot water
Add lemons, sugar, honey and lemon juice to a mug. Add a splash of hot water and stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the whiskey, bitters, top up with hot water and stir again.
