- 1 oz Boot Hill Distillery Red Eye Whiskey
- 3 dashes peach bitters
- .25 peach liqueur
- Extra dry sparkling wine to top
- Mint leaf to garnish
Combine all the ingredients except the sparkling wine in a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice.
Shake thoroughly and strain into a champagne flute.
Top with the sparkling wine and garnish with a mint sprig.
