The champagne is sure to be flowing when there is a celebration. Why not spice it up a bit? Try the Nearly Classic, our twist on the classic Champagne Cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Boot Hill Distillery Prickly Ash Bitters

  • 1 sugar cube

  • 4 oz sparkling wine

Directions

Add sugar to glass and douse in Prickly Ash Bitters.

Top with sparkling wine and garnish with an orange peel rose.
