Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Boot Hill Distillery Gin

• 1 oz rosemary syrup

• 1/2 oz lemon juice

• Champagne to top off

Directions

Add Gin, rosemary syrup, and lemon juice to shaker with ice.

Double strain into coupe and top with Champagne.
