Created in the 1930s, the Brown Derby is a simple yet delicious classic cocktail. With only three ingredients, the sweet honey bridges the gap between the tart grapefruit and spicy bourbon.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Boot Hill Distillery Bourbon

  • 1 1/2 oz grapefruit juice

  • 1 oz honey syrup

Directions

Add ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake.

Double strain into a coupe.

Garnish with fresh or dehydrated grapefruit slice.
