Cosmopolitan

The Cosmopolitan is probably best known for its role in the TV series Sex & the City, but it was created in the midwest city of Minneapolis, not NYC. Bartender Neal Murray claims to have added a splash of cranberry juice to the Kamikaze and the first person to taste it commented, "How cosmopolitan." The name stuck and so did the cocktail!

Ingredients

• 2 oz Boot Hill Distillery Vodka

• 2 oz cranberry juice

• 1/2 oz orange liqueur

• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice

Directions

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well.

Double strain into a coupe or martini glass.

Garnish with a lime or orange twist.
