The Devil wears pineapple

When making a margarita, you don't usually think of gin as the base spirit. Trust us on this one.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Boot Hill Distillery Barreled Gin

• 2 oz pineapple juice

• 1 oz fresh lime juice

• 1/2 oz agave nectar

• Pinch of salt

• Cajun seasoning for glass rim

Directions

Rim rocks glass with Cajun seasoning.

Add gin, pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave to a shaker with ice.

Shake well and strain over fresh ice into your prepared glass.

Add a pinch of salt over the top and garnish with a a fresh or dehydrated lime wheel.
