The Peacemaker

The Peacemaker, named after Wyatt Earp’s pistol, was one of our earliest-created cocktails. The featured spirit, Prickly Ash Bitters, demonstrates its use as more than just a supporting spirit. Instead, our White Whiskey takes the back seat.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Boot Hill Distillery Prickly Ash Bitters

• 1/2 oz Boot Hill Distillery White Whiskey

• 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

• Tonic water to top

• Lemon twist to garnish

Directions

Express lemon twist over a rocks glass and add to glass.

Add the bitters, whiskey, and lemon juice to the glass and stir.

Fill to the top with ice and stir once more.

Top with tonic water and enjoy!
