Ingredients

  • 3 oz Boot Hill Distillery Wheat Whiskey

  • 1/2 oz Falernum

  • 1/8 oz Boot Hill Distillery Prickly Ash Bitters

  • 1/4 pineapple slice

  • 1 demerera sugar cube

  • 3 shakes of cinnamon

Directions

Place pineapple slice in a rocks glass with sugar cube on top.

Add Prickly Ash Bitters, Falernum, and cinnamon. Muddle well.

Add Whiskey and stir. Then add a large ice cube.

Garnish with pineapple slice.
