For the Love of Lavender
Ingredients
2 oz Boot Hill Distillery Vodka
1 oz honey syrup
1/4 oz lemon juice
1 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
2 squeezes lavender bitters
Champagne to top
Directions
Chill coupe.
Add all ingredients except champagne to shaker and shake well.
Double strain into chilled coupe and top with champagne.
Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel and dried lavender.
