Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Boot Hill Distillery Gin
1 oz elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice
2 1/2 oz champagne
Directions
Add all ingredients except champagne to shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain into coupe and top with champagne.
Garnish with lemon twist.
