Tastings and Tours

There’s no better way to experience Boot Hill Distillery than with an immersive behind-the-scenes tour led by our expert team. Nestled in Dodge City’s historic municipal building, every corner of the distillery tells a story—from its Wild West roots to the grain-to-glass craftsmanship that defines our spirits today.

Join us every Friday and Saturday at 4PM or 6PM for a guided tour that takes you through our full production process—from milling and mashing to distilling and bottling. You’ll explore spaces like our converted firehouse barrel room, a jail-turned-event space, and even original remnants from the building’s colorful past.

Each tour includes a guided tasting of our award-winning spirits and plenty of time to ask questions, take photos, and soak in the rich history and flavor of Boot Hill.
