Lady In Red

A showstopper not unlike the perfect red dress, the Lady in Red combines Boot Hill Distillery bourbon with black tea, honey and blackberries to create a cocktail not easily forgotten.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Boot Hill Distillery Bourbon

• 1 1/2 oz strong black tea

• 1/2 oz honey syrup

• 1/2 oz lemon juice

• 2 blackberries

Directions

Chill a coupe.

Muddle the blackberries with honey syrup in a shaker.

Add remaining ingredients and ice, then shake until chilled.

Double strain into prepared coupe. Garnish with blackberry seared with rosemary sprig.
