Maple Sour
Ingredients
2 oz Boot Hill Distillery Bourbon
1 1/2 oz maple syrup
1 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz egg white
2 dashes orange bitters
Directions
Chill a coupe and add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake.
Add ice and shake again.
Strain into chilled coupe.
Cover part of the glass and sprinkle pumpkin spice over the top.
