Manhattan

A cocktail to be personalized to the consumer's preference, we follow the 3-2-1 rule to make our Manhattan. While some prefer more vermouth and less bitters, you might prefer it up, while I prefer mine on the rocks. There's no wrong way to drink it. Cheers.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Boot Hill Distillery Bourbon

• 1 oz sweet vermouth

• 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Directions

Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir.

Strain up into a coupe or onto a large ice rock in a rocks glass.

Express an orange twist over the cocktail and garnish.
