Honi Honi

Since we don't grow sugar cane or agave at Kelman Farms, we can't distill rum or tequila (or agave spirit). Traditionally a rum cocktail, our twist on the Mai Tai calls for Bourbon.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Boot Hill Distillery Bourbon

• 3/4 oz fresh lime juice

• 1/2 oz pecan orgeat

• 1/2 oz orange liqueur

• 1/4 oz simple syrup

Directions:

Add all to shaker with ice and shake.

Pour contents of shaker into a rocks glass.

Garnish with mint sprigs and fresh or dehydrated pineapple.
