Pear-ly legal

You can't get much more "fall" than pears and maple syrup. Add a hint of burnt sugar simple syrup for a little depth, and you've got yourself an autumn cocktail so good you'll hardly believe it's legal!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz Boot Hill Distillery Bourbon

  • 3/4 oz pear nectar

  • 1/4 oz maple syrup

  • 1/4 oz burnt sugar simple syrup

  • 2 dashes black walnut bitters

Directions:

Add all to a mixing glass with ice and stir.

Strain into a coupe and garnish with a fresh or dehydrated pear slice.
