Autumn Wild Rice Salad

12 oz frozen sweet potatoes roasted or 2 large potatoes cubed and roasted1 packet of wild rice with seasoning prepared and chilled
2/3 c Blue cheese
½ c Cranberries
1 T parsley
½ c Roasted pecans
1 c  chopped kale

This salad is beautiful and delicious. It is made to be served chilled so it can be easily prepared ahead of time to take to your next event or pairs great with roasted pork loin or steaks.
