The not-so-secret ingredient to our #1 selling Tasting Room cocktail.
2 C water
2 C sugar
48 g fresh rosemary
1 oz Boot Hill Distillery Vodka (optional)
Add water and sugar to a pot and bring to a boil. Add rosemary and cook for 10 minutes. Keep an eye on the syrup during this time and stir occasionally to prevent it from foaming over. Strain into a separate container, then strain again into a storage container. Add 1 oz BHD Vodka to preserve.
