Ingredients:
Deep dish single pie crust of choice
1/4 C butter, cubed
1 C sugar
1 C corn syrup
3 eggs
1/4 C Boot Hill Distillery Bourbon
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 1/2 C pecan halves
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. In a large saucepan, combine butter, sugar, and corn syrup. Cook over medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool slightly. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, bourbon, vanilla, and salt together. Slowly whisk in the sugar/syrup mixture. Stir in pecans and pour into the crust. Bake 55 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
