- 2 oz Boot Hill Distillery Vodka
- 5 healthy dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- Fresh juice from ¼ lime
- 5 large, fresh basil leaves, plus 1 extra for garnish
Place 5 basil leaves in the bottom of a highball glass. Top with the bitters, syrup and lime juice. Lightly muddle the basil leaves. Fill the rocks glass with crushed ice and top with ginger ale.
Gently stir, garnish with the last basil leaf and serve.
