- 2 oz Boot Hill Distillery Gin
- 1/4 fresh lemon, squeezed
- 2 oz pomegranate juice
- Brut champagne to top
Combine the gin and juices into a cocktail shaker and aggressively shake. Double-strain into a chilled champagne coupe and top with the champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
