- 2 ½ oz Boot Hill Distillery Barreled Gin
- 1 oz raspberry simple syrup*
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz egg white
Chill a coupe. Add all ingredients to shaker without ice and dry shake about 20 seconds. Add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into prepared coupe and garnish with two raspberries.
