- 1 ½ oz Boot Hill Distillery Barreled Gin
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz lime juice
- ½ oz agave nectar
- Pinch of salt
- Cajun seasoning
Rim a rocks glass with lime juice and then Cajun seasoning. Set aside. Add all other ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Pour contents of shaker into prepared glass. Garnish with dehydrated lime.
