The Boot Hill 75 enhances Boot Hill Gin's natural floral notes in this modern take on the classic French 75 cocktail.
- 1.5 oz Boot Hill Distillery Gin
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur
- Brut champagne (or sparkling wine) to top
- Lemon twist to garnish
Combine the gin, lemon juice and liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Double-strain into chilled Champagne coupe and top with the sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
