- 1 ½ oz Boot Hill Distillery Gin
- 1 oz rosemary simple syrup
- ½ oz lemon juice
- Top with champagne
Chill a coupe. Add all but champagne to a shaker and shake with ice. Double strain into your chilled coupe and top with champagne. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and dehydrated lemon.
