- 2 oz Boot Hill Distillery Bourbon
- 1 ½ oz strong black tea
- ½ oz honey syrup
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 2 blackberries
Chill a coupe. Muddle the blackberries with honey syrup in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients and ice, then shake until chilled. Strain into prepared coupe. Garnish with blackberry speared with rosemary sprig.
