Maple Sour
- 2 oz Boot Hill Distillery Bourbon
- 1 ½ oz maple syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz egg white
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
Chill a coupe. Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (without ice). Add ice and shake again. Strain into your chilled coupe. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
