1 sheet of puff pastry dough
¼ c pepper jelly
½ block of cream cheese
¼ c brie cubed
10 ½” cubes of granny smith apples
Roll out your puff pastry dough and cut it into 16-20 squares. Add a scoop of cream cheese and a dollop of pepper jelly to half, and pinch the square's four corners together. Add your cube of brie cheese and apple cube with the second half, then wrap it into a ball. Bake all the individually wrapped goodies according to the puff pastry dough directions.
