  • 1 oz Boot Hill Distillery Red Eye Whiskey
  • 3 dashes peach bitters
  • .25 peach liqueur
  • Extra dry sparkling wine to top
  • Mint leaf to garnish

Combine all the ingredients except the sparkling wine in a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice.

Shake thoroughly and strain into a champagne flute.

Top with the sparkling wine and garnish with a mint sprig.
