Smoky Individual Cheeseballs

  • 2 packages of softened cream cheese
  • 1 c of finely chopped bacon
  • 1 c shredded Colby jack cheese
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • 1 T onion powder
  • 2 t dill
  • 1 c dried parsley (for outside cover of ball)
  • ¼ c mini pretzel rods

Add your softened cream cheese to a bowl, then add the bacon, Colby jack cheese, garlic powder, onion powder and dill. After well mixed, portion the mixture into small 1-inch round balls, then coat with dried parsley. Finally, add pretzels for stems or handles to make these delicious rich delights easy to enjoy.
