The Collins

  • 2 oz Boot Hill Distillery Vodka or Gin 
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice ????
  • Soda water to top
 
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with an orange twist. Enjoy!
