Special Projects Manager

Julie graduated from Fort Hays State University with her degree in agricultural business, not knowing entirely what she wanted to do with her career. However, after bartending her way through college, Julie is excited to move forward from making and serving drinks to the business side of the spirits industry as the Distillery’s Special Projects Manager. She respects and admires the team at Boot Hill Distillery and their efforts to keep the spirit and history of the “Wild West” Dodge City alive with the success of a unique and fun business. In her spare time, Julie enjoys camping, spending time at the lake, reading, and baking.
